Strona główna » About Us
We provide comprehensive services – from engineering design and workshop prefabrication in Poland to certified on-site assembly across Europe, the UK, and the USA.
We are a modern industrial company specializing in the comprehensive execution of projects for environments with the highest requirements (Hygienic Design). Since 2017, we have successfully combined advanced 3D CAD design and FEA analysis with precision manufacturing and installation assembly across Europe and the USA.
On a daily basis, we manufacture stainless steel tanks, prefabricate piping, and build advanced process equipment (using grades such as 304 and 316L). Unlike standard assembly companies, we are a direct manufacturer. We have our own prefabrication facility in Poland, allowing us to take full responsibility for quality at every stage – from the first cut and TIG/MIG welding, to final commissioning and plant startup.
Our greatest advantage is the seamless integration of workshop production with on-site execution. We do not merely supply manpower — we provide comprehensive industrial contracting. Our mobile assembly crews, equipped with their own tools and corporate fleet, carry out installations, modernizations, and maintenance shutdowns (brownfield) at active industrial facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA.
The overriding goal of IWS Group is the highest quality of workmanship, absolute timeliness, and building long-term relationships with Investors. We continuously invest in the development of our production facilities, implement new welding technologies, and ensure the ongoing upskilling of our engineers, pipefitters, and welders.
IWS Group — Welding. Assembly. People. Uncompromising quality.
In the design of tanks and steel structures, we utilize SolidWorks software with integrated simulation modules (FEA/MES). We perform advanced structural, dynamic, and pressure analyses in full compliance with harmonized standards EN 13445, EN 14015, and the PED 2014/68/EU directive.
Validating designs prior to physical prefabrication minimizes the risk of structural errors, optimizes steel consumption, and streamlines the certification process with notified bodies (UDT/TÜV).
Verification of shells and heads for internal and external pressure. Buckling calculations.
Evaluation of welding stresses, operational loads, and forces acting on base frames and foundations.
Investigation of vibrations, resonance (from agitators), time-varying loads, and material fatigue.
