We are authorized to manufacture steel structural components (base frames, machine skids, platforms) and legally affix the CE mark to them. The TÜV Thüringen certificate (compliant with EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-2) guarantees Investors that our prefabrication processes are fully repeatable. Load-bearing structures leaving the IWS Group facility feature verified static and dynamic strength, meeting the strictest building law requirements.

We are authorized to prefabricate and assemble equipment subject to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU). Our competencies are backed by solid evidence – we hold Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) approved in accordance with the EN ISO 15614-1 standard. In addition to standard acid-resistant and austenitic steels (e.g., 316L), we hold rare market qualifications for welding advanced nickel alloys, including Hastelloy C22. This competence is absolutely critical for the most rigorous projects in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
