In manufacturing for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries, dimensional tolerances and sterile surface smoothness determine the failure-free operation of rotating equipment. Our manufacturing potential is based on advanced CNC turning and milling centers: DMC DL25M and DMC DL22LMB, which are equipped with a C-axis and 12-position turrets with driven tools.
This arsenal allows us to perform comprehensive turning, drilling, threading, and milling in a single setup. We are capable of machining heavy parts and long shafts with a maximum turning diameter of up to Ø400 mm and a working length reaching 1080 mm (with a large spindle bore of Ø86 mm). This enables the production of the most complex sanitary nozzles, valves, and flanges with micrometric precision.
Our machining offer is complemented by mechanical milling and facing of oversized, welded support frames (skids), as well as precise weld grinding to a level of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm, which is always finalized with full chemical passivation to restore the anti-corrosion layer.
