We specialize in welding stainless and acid-resistant steels (304, 316L, Duplex), ensuring the highest precision of workmanship. We operate based on our own production facility, where we prefabricate tanks, steel structures, and process equipment. We integrate our manufacturing capabilities in Poland with our engineering and installation departments, providing comprehensive plant execution and the outsourcing of highly qualified welding crews to active sites across Europe and the USA.
Our own machinery park allows us to build process equipment and piping. We concentrate the most demanding welding processes within our workshop environment, guaranteeing top quality, compliance with stringent standards (PED, EXC2), and significant cost optimization for the Investor.
Manufactured, passivated, and NDT-tested equipment is shipped to the construction site as fully complete components. Delivering ready-to-use, skid-mounted modules drastically reduces installation time and minimizes the risk of delays at the destination site.
Following the equipment, we dispatch our self-sufficient teams of experts. We ensure 100% legal compliance and occupational safety – we organize transport, tooling, and documentation (including A1 certificates, Dutch SNA, VCA), executing flawless system integration at the end client’s site.

Engineering Challenge:
An extremely rigorous requirement to maintain the perfect circularity of the cones at large diameters. Any deviations would disrupt the vortex dynamics, leading to a drop in dust collection efficiency.
IWS Solution:
An optimized Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) utilizing Tandem technology was implemented, effectively minimizing the thermal shrinkage of the structure. To prevent bulk material bridging and meet the highest sanitary standards, the entire interior of the equipment was precision-ground to a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm. The process was finalized with full passivation of the heat-affected zones and rigorous NDT inspections (VT/PT).
